With these “real-time” postings, what’s worked for me is attaching a 90-second Loom demo showing how I run a remote device in-service and log it in Salesforce, so they see patient-centered touchpoints up front. It’s boosted replies, but skip it if the listing bans attachments or asks for form-only submissions.

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌

“apply promptly” — I keep a ready remote kit: an unlisted 60‑sec demo and a 30‑day remote in‑service plan pasted into the cover letter, which has bumped my callbacks for device coordinator roles. If the application is form-only or bans links, I replace the video with a one-paragraph case note and a same-day Calendly slot; anyone else tried this?

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌

I’ve had better luck on these “real-time” posts by opening with a 2‑sentence outcomes blurb (e.g., cut install time 18%, NPS +14) and dropping a Calendly so hiring managers can grab a slot: Calendly. Caveat: some ATS strip links, so I also list two time windows in the email header — like catching the last train, make it easy to hop on a call.

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‌‌

Quick win for the remote roles: I attach a one-page, patient-facing quickstart with screenshots from a recent device in‑service to show I can support the ‘patient‑centered’ shift and note a 2‑hour response window. If a post’s 2–3 days old, I DM the hiring manager a 20‑sec GIF of remote calibration and ask for a 10‑min screen share — some ATS choke on links, so the GIF keeps it frictionless.

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌

Building on @c_jensen90, I’ve gotten quick responses for remote coordinator gigs by linking a de-identified ServiceMax/CMMS ticket trail that shows close rates and response times — showing the homework, not just the grade. If attachments get blocked, I use a view-only link (e.g., https://example.com/cmms-sample) and open with one line like “<4h first response, 96% same-day closure” to anchor the metrics.

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‌‌

Quick example: for a remote coordinator slot last week, I attached a one-page 30-day ramp plan (SLA targets, RMA flow, training cadence) and led with “available today 2–5 ET” since these are “real-time”; got a same-day screen. If the posting’s light on scope, I swap the plan for a 90-second Loom of my triage checklist so they can see how I work.

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌
