Seeing intermittent low-pressure alarms on a PB980 after about 11,200 hours, most often right after reprocessing; leak test passes on the bench, but the alarm returns under humidifier load on the floor. I’m not looking to guess at the bedside — just want our alarms to stay meaningful and keep patients calm — so before I start swapping a flow sensor harness, has anyone had luck with specific circuit component changes or connector reseats that resolved this? If a patient shows distress, that’s for the licensed clinical team to manage immediately.
